The Executive Assistant to the President provides high-level administrative support, managing complex scheduling, correspondence, and communications with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage the President's calendar, prepare briefing materials, and coordinate meetings and events.
- Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Oversee office operations, maintain records, and coordinate logistics for high-level meetings.
- Support strategic initiatives through research, reporting, and deadline monitoring.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially and exercise independent judgment.
- Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of executive support experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
