Executive Assistant to the President/CEO

Join our client, a dedicated non-profit organization, as they seek a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support their President/CEO, ensuring seamless daily operations and enabling strategic growth.

Compensation:

$80K - $85K

Applicantsmust be able to work 5 days onsite in Boston MA to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the President/CEO’s daily schedule, balancing strategic priorities with urgent matters to maximize efficiency.
  • Respond to and manage inbound communications on behalf of the President/CEO, maintaining a professional and engaging tone.
  • Design, refine, and prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence tailored for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support project management efforts and logistical planning for meetings, events, and fundraising initiatives with precision.
  • Facilitate the organization of internal and external meetings, including board and staff gatherings, ensuring all logistics are handled flawlessly.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and assist with data management related to organizational outreach and engagement.
  • Attend and support events alongside the President/CEO, including occasional after-hours functions, representing the organization professionally.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to assist in program development, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
  • Handle media inquiries in coordination with external partners, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including preparing expense reports, managing documents, and supporting organizational projects.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience providing executive support, ideally supporting one-on-one C-suite leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Proven experience working within non-profit, education, government, or service sectors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for crafting clear and engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills with a knack for problem-solving and resourcefulness.
  • Technologically proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Deep familiarity with Boston’s community landscape and culture is preferred.
