Savas Software/Lifekind Health is seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role requires a strategic partner who can operate effectively in a fluid, fast-moving environment, anticipate needs, and help drive operational efficiency at the executive level.
The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting C-suite executives, thrives in ambiguity, and brings a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational excellence.

Location: This position works on-site 5 days/week in our Scottsdale office.
About the position:
- Serve as a trusted partner to the COO, managing day-to-day administrative and operational needs
- Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and strategic initiatives
- Track key priorities, follow-ups, and action items to ensure alignment and execution
- Assist with internal communications and cross-functional coordination
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed in a fast-evolving environment
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications: - 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives (COO, CEO, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, fluid, and ambiguous environments
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment preferred
- Experience in healthcare or technology industries preferred
