I run multiple companies. My time is the bottleneck.
Your job is to buy back my time by anticipating needs, removing friction, and keeping priorities focused on the highest-impact work.
You'll work directly with me. You won't be micromanaged. You will be expected to think, decide, and act.
Within your first 30–90 days:
My calendar and inbox are cleaner, lighter, and more intentional
Decisions move forward without me being pulled into everything
Projects don't stall because you're tracking, following up, and closing loops
Systems improve instead of staying broken
My time is protected and prioritized
