We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Agency Principal of a fast-growing insurance agency. This individual will serve as a key operational partner, helping streamline the principals responsibilities by managing schedules, communications, and administrative workflows.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and ensures the Agency Principal can focus on strategic growth, leadership, and business development.
This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the Agency Principals inbox
- Draft, respond to, and organize email communications
- Ensure timely follow-up on important correspondence
- Assist with communication to clients, partners, and vendors
- Assist in organizing and streamlining the principals workflow
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Assist with marketing initiatives such as newsletters or announcements
- Coordinate internal team meetings and leadership sessions
- Help manage relationships with key referral partners
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting an executive, business owner or senior leader
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and competing priorities
- Experience handling high volumes of email communication and correspondence
- Ability to represent the Agency Principal professionally and confidently
- Exceptional written communication skills (ability to draft professional emails on behalf of an executive)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through on commitments
