PrideStaff on behalf of a client in Fort Lauderdale is looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join their growing team. The right candidate for this job possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills and has proven experience in this role as also supporting company executives. Responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings, and appointments, and managing calendar efficiently
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and forward or respond on behalf of the executives
- Screening and prioritizing incoming requests, visitors, and communications to manage the executive's time effectively.
- Assist with special projects
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and always maintaining confidentiality.
- Providing general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, expense tracking, and maintaining records.
Qualifications: - 4 years minimum of recent experience as an Executive Assistant
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Must be organized and a problem-solver
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
