Executive Assistant Duties
Manage executive calendars and scheduling
Coordinate meetings, Zoom calls, and conference calls
Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations
Screen phone calls and emails
Draft correspondence and professional communications
Arrange travel, accommodations, and transportation
Maintain confidential records and documents
Coordinate events, conferences, and VIP meetings
Track deadlines and follow up on action items
Assist with budget tracking and expense reports
Manage office operations and administrative tasks
Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and partners
Organize board meetings and prepare meeting minutes
Support special projects and strategic initiatives
Maintain databases, contact lists, and filing systems
