POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant to the Director, Chief of Staff, and Deputy Chief of Staffserves as a critical operational partner at the highest levels of Oklahoma Human Services leadership. This position demands an exceptionally organized, experienced, and discreet professional who can anticipate executive needs, manage complex competing priorities, and represent the Office of the Director with the utmost professionalism. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of seven (7) years of administrative/clerical office work including four (4) years of experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or confidential secretary, or an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting 30 semester hours from a college or university for every one (1) year of experience.
