We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the Managing Director and oversee daily office operations.

The ideal candidate should be able to resume next month and possess strong administrative, coordination, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
Manage office operations and daily administrative activities
Handle payroll coordination and related documentation
Conduct research and prepare reports when required
Manage schedules, appointments, and office correspondence
