Their portfolio includes largescale developments, typically 150+ units and valued at over $40 million, all built inhouse. To support this expansion, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to join their Rockville, Maryland office. This individual will provide highlevel administrative and executive support while overseeing daytoday office operations, helping ensure the business continues to run smoothly as the company grows.

Job Description

The Executive Assistant/Office Administrator - Rockville, MD will be responsible for:
  • Providing daytoday executive support, including scheduling, coordination, and administrative assistance related to development activities
  • Providing executive and personal administrative support, including estate and personal scheduling and coordination
  • Managing complex calendars, meetings, and logistics across multiple priorities
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and materials
  • Organizing and maintaining digital and physical filing systems
  • Assisting with contract management, tracking, and organization
  • Supporting accounts payable and general administrative finance tasks
  • Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Ensuring smooth daytoday office operations and proactively identifying administrative needs
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

The Successful Applicant

The Executive Assistant/Office Administrator - Rockville, MD will have:
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Office Administrator, or in a similar administrative support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • A proactive, selfdirected approach with the ability to work independently
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Comfort supporting both business and personal administrative needs
  • Experience with general office operations, including file organization, contract tracking, and accounts payable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office productivity tools
