Responsibilities include research, data collection, and preparation of presentation materials for executives and managers. The role involves coordinating corporate events and resolving issues in day-to-day business operations under the guidance of supervisors. An initiative-taker mentality and the ability to work independently with minimal direction are essential.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization. Interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
