Generations Home Care is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support daily operations, administration, marketing efforts, and executive leadership.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving problems, and helping a growing organization succeed.
Answer Phones
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities
Support caregiver and client file management
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Coordinate office communications and correspondence
Assist with social media scheduling and marketing initiatives
Track referral partner contacts and marketing activities
Organize company events, trainings, and community outreach efforts
Maintain office records and ensure compliance documentation is current
Provide administrative support to agency leadership
Minimum 2 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic social media platforms
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or human resources is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently
