    Description

    Our client, a rapidly growing healthcare organization, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their Co-CEOs. This is a critical role within the organization that not only focuses on administrative efficiency but also offers the opportunity for involvement in various business projects.     Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel

    • Facilitate internal communication, including managing correspondence and routing phone calls

    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes to ensure effective organizational communication

    • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare comprehensive reports for executive review

    • Serve as the first point of contact for the executive office, interacting with internal teams and external partners with professionalism

    • Assist in project management in various aspects of the organization, from planning through execution

    • Coordinate special projects as directed by the executives, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met

    • Maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

    • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior-level management

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

    • A professional demeanor, complemented by dynamic energy

    • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    • Flexibility and adaptability in managing a diverse range of tasks and meeting deadlines
