We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and trusted Executive Assistant to support our President/CEO and Board of Directors.

What You'll Do
  • Manage executive calendars, communications, and priorities
  • Coordinate Board, executive, and leadership meetings (including minutes and follow-up)
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Maintain corporate records and manage contracts, deadlines, and documentation
  • Serve as a professional liaison to internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent Meridian at community meetings and events
  • Provide occasional front desk support as needed
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of executive-level administrative support (Board experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
