Position Overview
This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to two dynamic executives and the Chief of Staff. Acting as a trusted partner, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate communications, and ensure day-to-day priorities are executed with precision and efficiency.
You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, serving as a central point of coordination and helping to drive organization, alignment, and operational excellence across the leadership function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
- Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
- Assist with event planning, including internal meetings and external engagements
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed
- Maintain organized records, files, and communication systems
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to support leadership
Qualifications
- 5 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization is a plus
