This Executive Assistant role supports the EVP, Chief Strategy & Revenue Officer, while also serving as a key partner across several high-impact functions, including Marketing, Digital, Finance, and Risk. It's a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic,fast-paced environment and is comfortable operating across multiple priorities and leadership styles. You'll be in the mix across some of the most dynamic corners of our organization, partnering with senior leaders, keeping momentum going, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Compensation - $30-$34 an hour (depending on experience, education, aptitude & equity)

Competencies & Skills:
Education and/or Experience
Associates' Degree or five to seven years related experience; with at least three years providing support to executive level management; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven administrative skills and operation of a personal computer and other office equipment. Experience in a Credit Union environment strongly preferred. While this level of expertise will generally be attained with a minimum of three years in a previous executive assistant role and High School Diploma/GED. Must have experience working with an Enterprise System i.e. ADP, Salesforce, FinancialEdge, etc. Priority will be place upon the demonstration of the ability to meet qualifications without an absolute focus on duration of experience, in recognition that the attainment of such qualifications may be obtained at different paces by different individuals.
Ability to operate a personal computer with a high level of proficiency in such software applications as PowerPoint processing, spreadsheets, Internet and Email. Ability to operate a fax, calculator and copier.
