Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:
- Strategic and proactive management of executives' calendars, including prioritization of conflicting schedules
- Coordination of business and event travel for officer-level leaders and expense management for Directors and Officers
- Preparation and editing of correspondence, agendas, and other communications to a high degree of accuracy
- Support team engagement and sense of belonging through recognition of key milestones and planning team outings
- Assist in the execution of events such as leadership offsites, Townhalls, etc.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
- Act as a thought partner by anticipating challenges and driving recommendations for solutions and process improvements
Required Skills for Executive Assistant:
- Minimum of 5 years of executive level assistant experience
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Concur
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- High degree of professionalism, flexibility, and diplomacy
- Ability to actively listen and ask questions to build understanding, as well as provide clear verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time including managing multiple partners and deadlines
- Previous experience working within a retail or merchandising organization preferred
