Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, assisting with both professional and personal responsibilities. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating logistics, supporting communications, and handling a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and maintains a positive, professional approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with accuracy
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
- Support day-to-day administrative functions, including email management and correspondence
- Assist with event planning, meetings, and related logistics
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services
- Handle expense tracking, reporting, and reimbursements
- Maintain organized records, files, and data systems
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other materials
- Provide relationship support for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, communications, and commitments
- Perform ad hoc tasks and errands as required

Education
