The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant, Crisis & Urgent Care Services is to provide high-level administrative support by performing administrative duties for executive management at the VP level including but not limited to preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, making travel and meeting arrangements, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.What You'll Do:
Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries. Liaise with internal staff at all levels as well as state, MCO, and other high level officials.
