Executive Assistant to the CEO

Position Summary
Broadstaff is partnering with a confidential organization to identify a highly experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a high?impact, high?trust role for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast?paced environments and operates as a true right hand to senior leadership.

This position goes well beyond traditional administrative support. The Executive Assistant will function as a strategic partner, gatekeeper, and operator—ensuring the CEO remains focused, organized, and operating at peak effectiveness. The ideal candidate is assertive, highly discreet, proactive, and comfortable managing priorities, protecting executive time, and bringing structure to a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and domestic/international travel with exceptional accuracy and discretion
  • Serve as a strategic gatekeeper by prioritizing requests, managing access, and protecting the CEO’s time
  • Track key initiatives, action items, and deadlines to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely follow?through
  • Monitor and manage the CEO’s LinkedIn presence, including message triage, identifying high?value contacts, and responding on the CEO’s behalf when appropriate
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings, materials, offsites, and events, handling all logistics and communications seamlessly
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Build and maintain organized systems, processes, and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Handle sensitive, confidential, and executive?level information with the highest level of integrity and discretion
  • Provide hands?on support as needed to ensure execution of critical priorities

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a fast?paced, high?trust environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven ability to act as a true executive partner, managing competing priorities and driving execution
  • Strong experience managing up, including confidently pushing back to protect executive priorities
  • Exceptional discretion and judgment with confidential and sensitive information
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions?oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
  • Experience managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, and executive?level events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack)
  • Experience in a fast?paced, high?growth environment preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel as needed
