Executive Assistant- Physician Affairs
Summary:
This role serves both the VP of Physician Affairs and Graduate Medical Education (GME) leadership, providing advanced administrative and executive support.
Responsibilities include:
- managing complex calendars, screening and prioritizing communications, coordinating meetings and travel, and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- The role also greets and directs visitors and team members while maintaining a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality.
- Additional administrative duties are performed as needed to support executive operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Associate's Degree in a related field
Experience:
- Required: Administrative support experience
- Preferred: Executive assistant experience
