    Position Summary

    The Executive Assistant will serve as a key administrative partner and trusted gatekeeper for the Leadership team with additional office management duties as required. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage a dynamic workload with competing priorities. Prior experience in real estate, private investment, or high-net-worth environments is strongly preferred.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-level administrative support to Principal(s) and senior management
    • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)
    • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, investment reports, and presentations
    • Support real estate transactions, including tracking deadlines, coordinating closings, and managing key documentation
    • Liaise with external stakeholders (attorneys, brokers, property managers, consultants) on behalf of the office
    • Maintain organized records of property holdings, contracts, and investment documentation
    • Assist with personal matters, event planning, and household coordination as needed
    • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
    • Ensure office operations run smoothly; coordinate vendors and office supplies as necessary

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff capacity, ideally within real estate, finance, or family office settings
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Strong knowledge of real estate terminology and transaction processes a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management or CRM tools a bonus
    • Impeccable organizational and multitasking abilities
    • High level of professionalism and discretion
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-starter mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
