Your day as a Executive Assistant-CFO
As a new Executive Assistant to the CFO at Tree Top, you can expect a structured and engaging day-to-day routine. Your typical schedule will be from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend commitments as necessary for special projects or board meetings. Daily responsibilities will involve managing the CFO's calendar, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents for senior leadership discussions. You will prioritize communications, handling correspondence, and acting as a liaison between the CFO and various stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of presentations and reports that support strategic initiatives.
Expect to collaborate closely with various teams, ensuring alignment on projects and objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere.

To excel as an Executive Assistant to the CFO at Tree Top, you will need a combination of essential skills and technical proficiency. A strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is crucial, as you will create presentations that effectively communicate financial strategies and company initiatives. Pay Information
Salary Range: $76,000 to $114,000 annually
Target Starting Range: $76,000 to $85,000 annually
This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
