The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer provides high-level strategic administrative support that enables the CEO to lead effectively and advance SAE International's mission. This role is responsible for managing executive communications, coordinating board activities, and supporting day-to-day operations with exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism. Serving as a key liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders, the Executive Assistant demonstrates agility, diplomacy, and skilled problem-solving in a dynamic environment. This position has a direct impact on organizational efficiency and the successful execution of strategic priorities, and includes mentorship responsibilities for executive assistants across the organization.This role operates in a professional office environment under a hybrid work arrangement, with a combination of on-site and remote work expected on a regular basis. On-site presence is required for key meetings, executive activities, and time-sensitive responsibilities that support the CEO and senior leadership team.
The Executive Assistant regularly interacts with a wide range of stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, and external partners. This requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to navigate complex and confidential situations with sound judgment.

Travel
This role requires occasional travel to support executive meetings, off-site events, and organizational activities. Travel may include both domestic and international destinations and will vary based on the CEO's schedule and organizational needs.
