Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating day-to-day activities.
- Oversee and streamline office operations, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and provide accurate quotes to customers based on product and service specifications.
- Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support workflow and interdepartmental communication.
- Assist with shipping and logistics coordination as needed.
- Maintain a well-organized and professional office environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an executive, administrative, or similar role
- Experience in the manufacturing industry strongly preferred
- Ability to work in office
- Experience with ERP systems, JobBOSS is preferred
