We’re seeking an Executive and Office Coordinator who brings this mission to life internally — creating the conditions for great work, supporting executive leadership, and ensuring our office environment reflects the professionalism, and intention at the core of the L-Nutra brand.

• Manage complex calendaring and scheduling for members of the executive leadership team — balancing priorities, protecting focus time, and anticipating conflicts before they surface
• Coordinate domestic and international travel including itineraries, logistics, and real-time contingency management
• Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time
• Draft, proofread, and route communications on behalf of executives — presentations, briefing documents, meeting prep materials, and follow-ups
• Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, representing leadership with professionalism and warmth in every interaction
• Ensure the Culver City HQ maintains a welcoming, organized, and aesthetically thoughtful environment that reflects the L-Nutra brand
• Coordinate investor visits, board meetings, leadership meetings, and special onsite events — from logistics and catering to day-of execution
• Partner with vendors and service providers (cleaning, IT, building management, catering, supplies) to support smooth office operations
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities needs with an eye for efficiency and presentation
• Serve as the on-the-ground point person for office logistics, deliveries, and day-to-day operational rhythm
• Support special projects for executives and cross-functional teams as needed
• Act as a trusted generalist — handling ambiguity with sound judgment and follow-through
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and day-to-day efficiency
Requirements
• 3+ years supporting executives, managing office operations, or both
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
• Background in a high-growth, startup, or mission-driven environment preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, anticipatory style
• Proficiency with calendar systems and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion)
• Travel and expense platforms (Concur, Expensify, Navan, or similar)
• Comfort coordinating across vendors, service providers, and cross-functional internal partners
• Ability to work hybrid — 2–3 days per week onsite in Culver City
• Executives feel supported, unblocked, and confident in their day-to-day operational rhythm
• The HQ environment consistently reflects L-Nutra’s brand — welcoming, organized, and intentional
• Investor visits and leadership events are executed flawlessly
• You are the person leadership instinctively turns to when something needs to get done right
