Key Responsibilities: What Youll Own & Execute
Strategic Partnership & Business Flow
Anticipatory Management: Identify potential bottlenecks and solve operational problems before they escalate.
The "Focus Points" Strategy: Maintain a focus points document to keep the CEO aligned with the highest-value activities that drive the business forward.
Operational Alignment: Translate the CEOs vision into actionable steps, organizing deadlines and ensuring strategic initiatives maintain momentum.
Leadership Liaison: Act as the bridge between the CEO and the Leadership Team, following up on assigned tasks and ensuring they have what they need to succeed.
Advanced Calendar & Time Architecture
Calendar Mastery: Proactively manage the CEOs calendar and commitments, ensuring his time is spent on high-leverage priorities.
Transition Buffer: Protect the CEOs energy by building in transition time between meetings to allow for mental shifts.
Meeting Logistics: Schedule all requested meetings, provide proactive reminders, and coordinate with the COOs assistant for company events or team meals.
High-Level Communication & Documentation
Executive Representation: Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts on behalf of the CEO.
Content & Reporting: Draft and edit written content, prepare appropriate reports, and manage executive correspondence.
Meeting Intelligence: Attend key meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, lead them when necessary, and distill notes into company-wide communications when appropriate.

The Essentials
Experience: 46 years supporting a high-level executive or leadership team.
Technical Suite: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Gmail), and a working knowledge of QuickBooks.
Management Style: Proven ability to "manage up" by holding leadership accountable to their commitments.
Composure: Ability to handle strong personalities and high-stakes environments with confidence and discretion.
