Job Title: Sr. Executive Administrative Assistant (Korean Bilingual - REQUIRED)
Employer: Judit Inc.
Work-Site Location: Samsung, 240 Dividend Drive, Coppell, Texas
Position Summary:
Supports senior executives at Samsung's Coppell, TX site with complex scheduling, high-level meeting coordination, bilingual (English/Korean) correspondence, document management, and cross-functional project execution. Full professional fluency in Korean is required to communicate directly with Samsung's Korean-speaking headquarters, visiting delegations, and global leadership-and is a core operational requirement of this role, not a supplemental preference.
Job Responsibilities:
- Executive Support & Scheduling: Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting materials for senior leadership.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate high-level meetings, managing all logistics and follow-up in both English and Korean as required.
- Document Management: Prepare, translate, and manage confidential documents, contracts, and reports issued by or directed to Samsung's Korean-speaking headquarters. A significant volume of incoming directives and compliance materials from HQ are issued in Korean, requiring direct comprehension and action by this role without reliance on third-party translation.
- Communication: Serve as the primary bilingual liaison between Coppell-based executives and Korean-speaking counterparts at global HQ, regional offices, and visiting delegations-handling real-time verbal and written communication in Korean where English-only interaction would produce material miscommunication or operational delay. Korean fluency is a non-negotiable operational requirement of this role, not a supplemental skill.
- Project Assistance: Support cross-functional projects by coordinating with Korean-speaking HQ project leads, interpreting Korean-language directives and timelines, and relaying accurate status updates to English-speaking local management. Bilingual fluency is central to this function; an English-only candidate would create a critical alignment gap between the Coppell site and HQ.
- Operations Support: Streamline administrative processes; maintain confidentiality of all executive communications; coordinate Coppell facility needs including seating, A/V, conference rooms, parking, and landlord/vendor issues; support GA team with mail-room, supply orders, and office services.
Skills
- Advanced organizational and time management skills; strong written/verbal communication in English and Korean; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; high attention to detail; proven confidentiality; cultural fluency for working with Korean-speaking HQ and international teams; adaptability in a fast-paced executive environment.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; high school diploma with extensive administrative experience considered.
- Minimum 5-7 years supporting senior-level executives in a corporate setting, with demonstrated experience managing complex administrative tasks and high-level meeting coordination.
- Full professional bilingual fluency in English and Korean required; serves as the primary language bridge between U.S. operations and Korean-speaking headquarters, suppliers, and senior leadership.
Salary: $62,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
