Ghostrock Systems Development LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader is searching for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Team in Indian Head, MD.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage clerical and administrative tasks including scheduling, travel, records management, and office correspondence.
  • Provide customer service, prepare materials, and coordinate meetings/events.
Position Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience (AA/AS desired; HS diploma plus 5 years may substitute)
  • Qualified typist with strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Minimum Security Clearance: SECRET.
