Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director with professionalism and discretion
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination
  • Draft, edit, and prepare executive communications, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate and execute meetings, including A/V setup and virtual platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
  • Support tracking and coordination of capital projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication remain on track
  • Assist with project management initiatives, driving organization and follow-through on key priorities
  • Serve as a polished liaison between senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day administrative operations at the executive level
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of Executive Assistant experience (hospitality strongly preferred)
  • Exposure to capital projects strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms and office technology
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Professional presence aligned with Forbes Five-Star service standards
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
