Role Overview

We are seeking an execution-focused Change Manager / Senior Change Analyst to support enterprise HR transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on a Workday HCM implementation. This role will translate strategy into actionable plans and deliverables to drive adoption across HR and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy Execution & Planning
Translate change strategy into actionable plans and timelines
Maintain integrated change plans aligned with program milestones
Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Stakeholder & Impact Management
Conduct stakeholder analysis and segmentation
Perform change impact assessments across HR functions
Partner with HR leads (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, HRIS)
Communications Development
Develop and manage communication plans
Create materials such as executive messaging, FAQs, announcements, and intranet content
Training & Readiness
Develop training strategies and materials
Create job aids, training decks, and process documentation
Align training with business processes and system changes
Adoption & Readiness Tracking
Track adoption metrics and readiness
Monitor risks, resistance, and engagement
Provide reporting to leadership
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate across HR, IT, PMO, and program teams
Align change activities with project milestones
Continuous Improvement
Improve change approaches and adoption strategies
Contribute to OCM frameworks and best practices

Required Qualifications
5+ years in change management or HR transformation
Experience with at least 2 Workday implementations
Experience in change strategy, communication, training, and adoption tracking
Strong stakeholder management and planning skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HR functions (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, HRIS)
Familiarity with Workday HCM modules
Experience with system integrators (Deloitte, Accenture, PwC)
OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci)
