Organization Information Frankfort Independent School District is a unique district that serves a total enrollment of approximately 750 students. These students are educated at Early Learning Academy (Pre-K); Second Street School (K-8), Frankfort High School(9-12) and Capital City Preparatory (Alternative School 9-12). Throughout our history, Frankfort City Schools have been recognized for the strong sense of community and tradition as well as high academic excellence. Parents, staff, and board members are focused on providing educational experiences that will translate into life long learning for all students.
