Legacy Staffing has partnered with a World-Class Hospital system in Mentor, OH to hire EVS Housekeepers and Patient Transport staff. We are hiring for second and third shift opportunities at a pay rate of $15/hour. This role focuses on maintaining a clean and safe environment while supporting daily operations, responding to service needs, and upholding all health, safety, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Collect trash throughout hospital and manage trash chutes
- Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
- Maintain equipment in good working order
- Report any shortages, damages, or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests' complaints or requests, and inform other personnel when required
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Comply with health and safety regulations and adhere with company policies and licensing laws
- Transporting Patients to and from their room as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven working experience in relevant field
- Willing to Obtain a 1 step TB test and flu shot as part of onboarding process
- Ability to work independently, with professionalism and attention to detail
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift (3 PM - 11:30 PM); Rotating holidays and weekends
- 3rd Shift: (11 PM - 7:30 AM); Rotating holidays and weekends
