Overview Join Housing Solutions Tulsa as a Full-Time Eviction Prevention Specialist and make a meaningful impact in your community. This onsite position supports individuals and families facing housing instability, applying an empathetic approach to real-world situations. This role is based in Tulsa, OK.Responsibilities Support daily operations of the Landlord-Tenant Resource Center (LTRC) and coordinate activities within the Social Services HUB, focusing on eviction prevention.Engage with eviction issues, facilitate client access to resources, and maintain thorough documentation of client interactions.Attend partner events, respond to inquiries, and assist clients in identifying needs while making referrals to appropriate community partners.Contribute to partner engagement and recruitment by researching eviction prevention resources and participating in cross-agency visits.Support Housing Solutions' mission to provide compassionate support and innovative solutions for housing stability.Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; 1-2 years of experience in case management or related field with a focus on housing issues.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a significant advantage.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with diverse stakeholders including judicial officers, court personnel, and community members.Ability to work cooperatively with systemically disadvantaged populations; commitment to equity.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong record-keeping and judgment skills.Valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required.Knowledge and Skills Experience with individuals facing housing insecurity or low-income households preferred.Ability to communicate clearly and neutrally with diverse socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, including persons with disabilities and non-native English speakers.Ability to maintain accurate records and exercise sound judgment in a dynamic setting.Get Started If you're interested in joining our team, follow the application instructions on this page.
