Forest Area Federal Credit Union
At Forest Area Federal Credit Union, we believe banking should feel personal. Our Evergreen Representatives are at the heart of that experience—helping members solve problems, reach financial goals, and discover services that make their lives easier.
If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being the “go-to” person members trust, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow your career in financial services.

Assist members with specialized services such as IRAs, business accounts, and certificate products
Help resolve account questions, discrepancies, and service concerns
Process important member transactions including debit card disputes, stop payments, and wire documentation
Support the loan process by providing clerical and administrative assistance
Identify opportunities to recommend helpful products and services that fit members’ financial needs
Assist with instant issue debit and credit cards
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance when opening or reviewing accounts
Provide administrative support including recordkeeping, correspondence, and internal support to team members
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in doing things right.
You may be a great fit if you:
Have 1–3 years of banking, credit union, or financial service experience
Are detail-oriented and organized
Enjoy talking with and helping people
Can listen carefully and identify member needs
Are comfortable working with multiple systems and office technology
Have experience with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
