FCP Euro is seeking a highly organized and passionate Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of our expanding portfolio of enthusiast-driven events. This Milford, CT-based role will be responsible for delivering premium, community-focused experiences that strengthen our brand, deepen relationships with automotive enthusiasts, and support broader marketing and business goals while helping build one of FCP Euros most important brand-building channels: in-person experiences.
As Event Manager, you will manage the planning and execution of FCP Euro events, including owned experiences such as the Sunday Motoring Meet series, large national consumer events, car shows, brand experiences, and regional activations. You will manage event logistics end-to-end from planning and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event reporting ensuring each event is organized, professional, and aligned with FCP Euros brand standards.
This role is critical in bringing structure, consistency, and operational excellence to FCP Euros event program as we continue to grow into new markets. The Event Manager will own event planning workflows in Monday.com, maintain event assets and equipment, and collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Partnerships, Social, and Retail teams to deliver best-in-class enthusiast experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Event Strategy & Planning- Lead planning and execution of FCP Euros full event calendar, including Sunday Motoring Meets, Tier One events, gallery events, national shows, and local activations. Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and operational workflows.
Event Logistics & Execution- Manage all event logistics including venues, vendors, staffing, equipment, travel, lodging, and on-site execution to ensure seamless, premium experiences.
Budget Management- Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are executed efficiently and within financial targets.
Operational Systems & Process Development- Own project management of all events via Monday.com. Develop standardized workflows, checklists, and SOPs to scale event execution and improve consistency.
Vendor & Partner Management- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with event vendors, venues, and partners. Ensure deliverables are met and expectations are aligned.
Team Leadership & Coordination- Manage internal staff, contractors, and additional on-site support. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Content, Partnerships, and Retail teams to ensure event and broader marketing needs are met.
Post-Event Reporting & Optimization- Develop post-event reports including attendance, engagement, budget performance, and operational insights. Identify opportunities to improve future events.
Brand Experience Leadership- Ensure all events reflect FCP Euros premium brand positioning and deliver meaningful experiences for automotive enthusiasts.
This role requires approximately 40% travel for events across the country, including weekends.

Compensation
This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $85,000 - $106,000 annually.
