Meet Our Team:

At Launchpad, you'll join a fast‑moving GTM organization that connects marketing, product, sales, and ventures to drive product‑led growth. This role sits within our Launchpad marketing team and works closely with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, and our ecosystem partners (including AWS) to make Launchpad visible and compelling wherever our ICP shows up. You'll be the person who turns our strategy and story into high‑impact event experiences-from intimate founder sessions and developer meetups to flagship conferences and virtual programs that bring Launchpad to life.

Picture Yourself at Pega:

In this role, you'll own how Launchpad shows up across virtual and in‑person events that matter to B2B software builders, founders, and GTM leaders. You'll work closely with GTM, Product, and Sales to understand our audiences and design events that tell our story, showcase customer successes, and create real pipeline. You'll help turn events into a repeatable growth engine: planning strategically, executing with operational excellence, and partnering with Demand Generation to ensure every event is followed by thoughtful, data‑driven follow‑up.

What You''ll Do at Pega:

  • Become a subject matter partner to Product Marketing on Launchpad's platform, ICP, and key use cases so you can shape event stories that resonate.
  • Own the Launchpad events strategy and calendar, aligning each event to clear audience and pipeline objectives.
  • Design and execute virtual and in‑person events-content, logistics, speakers, demos, and on‑site experience-from planning through follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Digital Marketing to connect events to campaigns, landing pages, and nurture paths that move prospects through the funnel.
  • Work with Sales, GTM, and Ventures teams to ensure event leads are prioritized, followed up, and converted into meetings and opportunities.
  • Partner with ecosystem teams (e.g., AWS) on joint events, Marketplace programs, and co‑branded experiences where Launchpad can showcase customer wins and joint value.
  • Capture and repurpose event content-clips, quotes, recaps, visuals-to fuel ongoing content and social programs.

Who You Are:

  • A strategic, audience-first marketer who partners closely with Product Marketing to deeply understand Launchpad's platform, ideal customer profiles, and key use cases-and translate that knowledge into compelling event narratives.
  • A highly organized and proactive owner of event strategy, capable of building and managing a comprehensive calendar that aligns to pipeline goals and target audiences.
  • A hands-on executor who thrives in both virtual and in-person environments, bringing together content, speakers, demos, logistics, and on-site experiences to deliver high-impact events from concept through follow-up.
  • A collaborative team player who works seamlessly across Demand Generation and Digital Marketing to connect events with broader campaigns, landing pages, and nurture journeys that drive measurable funnel progression.
  • A strong cross-functional partner to Sales, GTM, and Ventures teams, ensuring event-generated leads are prioritized, actioned, and converted into meaningful opportunities.

What You''ve Accomplished:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation roles within SaaS, tech, or B2B software environments.
  • A track record of planning and executing events that drive measurable outcomes: attendance, engagement, meetings, and pipeline.
  • Experience collaborating with GTM teams - Product, Sales, Marketing, and/or Partner teams - to design integrated motions and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Comfort working with digital marketing and analytics tools to track event performance and inform future planning.
  • Examples of events, programs, or campaigns you've owned that show your approach to planning, execution, and measurement.

Pega Offers You:

  • Opportunity to market cutting- edge technologies like AI, machine learning, and customer decision management
  • Forrester-acclaimed technology leadership in real-time interaction management
  • Competitive global benefits program inclusive of pay + bonus incentive, employee equity in the company
  • Continuous learning and development opportunities
  • An innovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environment
