This is a hands-on role supporting a variety of events, promotions, and activations throughout the city. No two days are the same — one day you could be helping coordinate a local community event, the next supporting a large-scale brand activation or networking experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the setup, coordination, and smooth running of events
- Supporting event managers with day-to-day operations
- Helping create positive and engaging guest experiences
- Working closely with team members, venues, and suppliers
- Handling event materials, schedules, and logistics
- Representing the team professionally at events across Jersey City
- Supporting promotional activities and customer engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Someone outgoing, reliable, and confident working with people
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and ability to stay calm in busy environments
- Flexible and comfortable working at different event locations
- Team player mentality with a proactive approach
- Previous events, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience is a bonus — but not essential
