This part-time, entry-level role supports event planning, production, and execution for ticketed, partner, promotional, and company events in Orlando.
Responsibilities include assisting with event setup, teardown, vendor coordination, and engaging with the public. The specialist will help with marketing, social media, and cross-departmental tasks, requiring strong communication, organization, and adaptability.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, lift 50 lbs, and have a valid FL driver’s license.
Preferred qualifications include coursework in marketing or digital media and skills in videography and social media. The role offers opportunities to shadow experienced staff and contribute to various aspects of event and media operations.
