The Role
We re hiring an experienced, reliable Event Lead & Truck Driver to join our team on an on-call basis. This role is essential to bringing our events to life you ll be responsible for transporting inventory, leading install and breakdown crews, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on site.

Key Responsibilities
Drive company truck to and from event sites (clean driving record required)
Lead event setup and breakdown crews with confidence and efficiency
Read, interpret, and execute floorplans accurately
Ensure all installations meet design and venue / site safety standards
Act as a professional, client-facing representative on site
Problem-solve in real time and adapt to changing conditions
Load, unload, and move inventory (must be able to lift 75+ lbs)
Maintain organization and care of rental inventory and equipment
Who You Are
Experienced driver with a clean driving record (+3 yrs)
A natural leader who can manage and motivate a team
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow layouts and plans
Professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with clients
Positive, upbeat, and solutions-focused
Quick thinker who can stay calm under pressure
Physically capable of heavy lifting and long, active workdays
Reliable and punctual

Monthly shift calendar accept or decline based on your availability
Meals provided on shifts over 6 hours that cross lunch or dinner time
