Reporting to the Senior Special Events Manager, the coordinator will handle logistics, vendor coordination, onsite operations, budgeting, and event setup.
Responsibilities include managing event schedules, coordinating vendors and talent, overseeing event technology, and ensuring safety and accessibility compliance.
Qualifications include 1–3 years of experience in events, gaming, or entertainment, with strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
This hybrid role involves working 3 days onsite weekly, with occasional weekend support, and has potential for extension.
