Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of live events and promotional campaigns
• Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, scheduling, and staff coordination
• Communicate with clients to understand event goals, timelines, and expectations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and resolving concerns professionally
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and external partners to ensure seamless event operations
• Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, creative, and production teams
• Manage on-site event activities, guest registration, attendee engagement, and event flow
• Troubleshoot real-time event challenges and provide quick, effective solutions
• Organize event materials, supplies, and resources to ensure operational success
• Collect attendee and client feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in preparing post-event reports, performance insights, and campaign evaluations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning, event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required
