Evening Receptionist (Part-Time)

Norm Reeves Dealerships is a nationally-recognized group of privately-owned retail automotive dealerships located in Southern California, Texas, and Florida. Location: North Richland Hills, TX (On-Site) | Job Type: Part-Time | Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about providing great customer service? We're looking for a professional and outgoing Receptionist to join our dealership team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors or calls our dealership.

Schedule:

• Mon & Tues 3PM - 9PM
• Wed & Fri 4PM - 9PM
• Every other Saturday 8AM -8PM

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner

• Assist with scheduling appointments and general inquiries

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred (automotive experience a plus!)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Proficient with phones, email, and basic computer systems

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• At least 18 years old.
