The Kids Instructor provides engaging educational and fitness activities for children aged three months to 11 years, organizing safe and fun programs in the Kids Academy.
They greet members, support children's development through planned activities, and ensure a safe environment by monitoring behavior and maintaining equipment.
Responsibilities include preparing classes, tracking attendance, handling incidents calmly, and promoting participation in all Kids & Aquatics programs.
Position requires less than a high school diploma, completion of required trainings, and within 60 days, certification in First Aid and CPR/AED.
Preferred candidates have over 6 months of experience working with children, strong engagement skills, and excellent communication.
