OUR IDEAL EVENING GUEST EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Front office experience
  • Hospitality-minded and operationally strong
  • Communicates clearly
  • Takes pride in maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to work the evening schedule (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm)

 

YOUR ROLE AS AN EVENING GUEST EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

In this Evening Guest Experience Specialist position, you will work a consistent full-time schedule from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Your evenings will be spent ensuring guests have everything they need for an incredible stay, providing essential support during the key hours of arrival, check-in, and evening activities.

 

Providing excellent hospitality, you will keep in contact with guests from booking acceptance until check-out. This includes the following:

 

Check that all check-in requirements are completed:

  • Collect signed release forms
  • Confirm length of stay
  • Verify pet information if applicable
  • Confirm if the unit has or lacks an attached bathroom
  • Explain timing for receiving gate code
  • Confirm check-in/check-out times and dates

 

Prepare rooms before check-in:

  • Go to guest lodging
  • Turn on porch lights and adjust heat/AC
  • Check for and remove dead insects or evidence of rodents
  • Ensure towels, washcloths, water, coffee, and treats are set
  • Make sure the room gives a great first impression
  • Greet guests on arrival, noting preferences
  • Escort guests to lodging if requested, or provide directions
  • Explain Spirit of the Heavens features, common and private areas

 

Be available to answer guest questions throughout the stay:

  • Assist with retail sales: share knowledge of stones, wands, and pendants; process payments
  • Know how to operate property equipment: HVAC, TVs, record players, internet, door locks, and entrance gate
  • Know guest parking locations
  • Address insects or snakes if needed; know how to use a fire extinguisher
  • Replenish towels, bath items, and all provided room items as necessary
