• Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in guest experience and team performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on positivity and growth
• Manage cash handling and financial responsibilities with integrity and accuracy
• Cultivate a warm, welcoming atmosphere that aligns with Chick-fil-A’s core values
• Adapt and multitask efficiently, balancing leadership responsibilities between two locations
• Foster strong relationships with both Team Members and guests to create a remarkable experience

• Willingness to commute between Lenexa and Shawnee locations
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 10-25 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
