Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time | (3PM–11PM)

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide essential support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them navigate daily life in residential and community settings.

Compensation: Starting at $20.20/hour, with earning potential up to $24.20/hour through shift differentials and overtime opportunities.
Schedule:Full-time (40 hours weekly) with flexibility to work two weekend days as part of your schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct support to individuals living in group homes, apartments, and supported living settings
- Assist with day-to-day needs such as meal preparation, medication assistance, personal care, and maintaining a household environment
- Encourage independence through community outings, recreational involvement, and individualized goal support
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment while completing electronic documentation accurately and on time
- Partner with supervisors and team members to support individual goals and maintain program standards
- Paid training provided — experience is welcome but not required

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing (5 points or fewer)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Demonstrated employment reliability, including at least one year with a previous employer
