• The contract is to support the length of the Arbex Transitionary Service Agreement (TSA) for up to 18 months.

Role

• We are seeking a consultant to provide flexible functional and technical support for EtQ Reliance across multiple initiatives.
• This role will support ongoing enhancement work, issue resolution, stakeholder requests, and data-related activities as business needs evolve.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and able to contribute across both project delivery and day-to-day support.

Key responsibilities 

• Provide general support for EtQ Reliance, including troubleshooting defects, resolving user issues, and supporting enhancement requests
• Contribute to multiple concurrent projects with changing priorities and open-ended scope
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs, clarify requirements, and help deliver practical solutions
• Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
• Translate business requirements into system updates, configuration changes, or support recommendations
• Document design decisions, support procedures, and Computer System Validation (CSV) deliverables, including test execution and change control activities
• Execute queries and perform data analysis for troubleshooting, reporting, and validation purposes
• Maintain support records and communicate status, actions, and risks to appropriate stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively with blended teams that may include employees, suppliers, partners, and onshore or offshore consultants
• Share knowledge with team members and help improve overall support effectiveness

Preferred qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in information technology, application support, systems administration, or software development; equivalent consulting experience will also be considered
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a regulated or process-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and apply technical information quickly
• Experience with data migration, data cleansing, and validation activities requiring strong attention to detail
• Experience with relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge of one or more programming or scripting languages
• Experience translating user or business requirements into system or software solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, especially when supporting users with varying levels of technical expertise
• Ability to work independently in a virtual, geographically distributed team environment

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $25.00-$28.00 per hour.
