ETL Developer
We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to support a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative, migrating legacy systems to a new ERP system. This is a long-term contract opportunity focused on designing, building, and optimizing data integrations to support an upcoming go-live.
This role will work closely with the ETL Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable data movement across critical business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support data migration and integration initiatives
- Build and optimize data pipelines across cloud and on-premise environments
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support integration of ERP and other enterprise systems
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring high-quality data delivery
- Assist in planning and executing data migration strategies leading up to go-live
- Document ETL processes, data flows, and integration logic
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration
- Hands-on experience with Boomi preferred
- Experience with similar tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica
- Strong experience with data transformation, data mapping, and data movement
- Experience integrating with ERP systems
- Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
