CTG is seeking an ETL Developer (Axiom Track) to support enterprise data integration, data warehouse, and regulatory reporting initiatives for our client. This role will focus on designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining ETL solutions while ensuring data accuracy, performance, and reliability across complex enterprise environments. Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: Ongoing Contract Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to support enterprise data warehouse and regulatory reporting needs. Design and implement data integration solutions based on business and technical requirements. Perform data profiling, source system analysis, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks. Analyze and troubleshoot ETL failures, production issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks. Optimize ETL workflows for improved scalability, reliability, and performance. Conduct impact analysis for application, database, and business rule changes. Evaluate upstream and downstream dependencies across ETL processes, databases, reports, and applications. Support testing, UAT, production releases, deployments, and migration activities. Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, architects, and technical teams. Maintain technical documentation and support data governance, compliance, and audit requirements. Required Skills: Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Experience with Unix/Linux environments Strong ETL design and development experience Data warehousing and enterprise data integration experience Data profiling, validation, and reconciliation experience ETL performance tuning and optimization skills Experience with data lineage, governance, and quality practices Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Required Experience: Experience developing ETL solutions within large-scale enterprise environments. Experience supporting data warehouse platforms and regulatory reporting applications. Proven ability to analyze complex data issues and perform root cause analysis. Experience supporting production environments, releases, and application enhancements. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
